Our Values
Children need to feel safe: Children cannot learn without feeling secure, so we strive to make Kids Zone a safe place from the nursery all the way though the Fourth grade.
Children want to have fun: We want our teaching to come alive to the children through crafts, games, and activities that are age appropriate. God’s Word is exciting, so our classroom should be also!
Children want to learn: We use interactive curriculum so our children experience God’s Word “hands-on”.
Children need to feel loved: We believe that without love, our teaching would only touch their minds. We want it to touch their hearts also! The Children’s Ministry staff loves children and it shows!
Children need their families: We put the family first; that is why we provide activities in which the whole family can participate and learn together. One of our goals is to work along side the family to help meet their children’s needs.
Children need Jesus: We can have a lot of fun, but if we do not share the Gospel, then what we have done is meaningless. While we share the Gospel with the children, the results are left to the Holy Spirit.
